Commission Requests

If there is a prop you would like to be made by us then let's chat. 

Check through our products and see if our work is to your standard of quality.

And it would help if you have relevant reference material for us to work from. 

Please note: 

We will be happy to answer any questions for free just keep in mind;

 

We will discuss what you're looking for in the prop and what you expect it to be able to do, some changes may have to be made to get it functioning how you want. 

 

Deadlines are hard to predict especially for more complex replicas so please reach out as soon as possible to give us the best chance to complete it on time. 

 

Your commission will be high priority but we will still be working on other projects alongside it. 

 

We will update you on its progress as we work on it but depending on the item the timeline can wildly change especially if there is a lot of details, a large item or we need to do research to make it as accurate as possible.

We are happy to produce the item in either a completed form, a partially built kit or a fresh kit and will change our price based on how much work we will be taking on.

Commission guidelines:

​

  • Something that doesn't exist or is very rare/hard to get a hold of.

  • Something that is either a weapon, tool or piece of equipment.

  • Something that is not offensive or harmful to others. (Recreation of historical items is allowed as long as they are used in educational or re-enactment roles, if you're unsure if it falls into this please ask.)

  • Something that is not illegal to possess in your country. (We will take for granted that you're allowed to own the item and will not take responsibility for any trouble caused.)

  • Updates will come when progress has been made.   

  • If you post the prop we would appreciate you to give credit or link to our page so that others can find us.
